bad quality

Just received my order today, 3 weeks after placing the order. Tried on the dress, and found the strap ripped. other part of the dress had strings coming out. The other dress I ordered was similar, however the strap broke while I was clipping in the halter neck buttons. So annoyed & disappointed.
