Q1. I Like This Product, But It's Out Of Stock, What Should I Do?

If the product you want is currently out of stock, please subscribe your email address on the webpage, we will inform you once it's available. 

Q2. Which Size Should I Choose?

To each product, you will find a size guide on the product page, it will serve as an indicator to help you find right size.
Pictures uploaded by our customers on the same page may also do great help.
Additionally, please don't forget you still have the possibility to return an item if you have bought the wrong size.

Q3. What Does "One Size" Mean?

"One size" on our website means we only have one size for this product, it does not mean that it fits all. 

Q4. Why The Price Is Different After I Click Into The Product's Webpage?

Prices of sale items will go back to normal when the sale is over, the price may be different after you click into the product's webpage in consequence of the cache on our website.

Q5. Are the measurements one hundred percent accurate?

We allow for an error of 2-3 centimeters in measurements, but we are trying to make it accurate as possible. Also, we promise a full refund if there is an error over 3 centimeters.
